CNC Machine Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shifts

A client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join its manufacturing team. In this role, you'll set up and operate CNC machinery, read blueprints and technical drawings, perform quality checks, make machine adjustments, and ensure parts are produced accurately and efficiently. You'll also troubleshoot basic machining issues, maintain a safe and organized work area, and work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily manufacturing goals. This opportunity is ideal for someone with hands on CNC machining experience who is comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high quality work. The position pays $25–$32/hour plus a shift differential.
