About the Role
A client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager for a position based in Southeast Michigan. In this role, you'll lead the plant’s engineering and maintenance functions while helping maximize equipment reliability, production uptime, and overall manufacturing performance. You'll oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs, support capital projects and equipment upgrades, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and lead maintenance personnel while working closely with production, quality, and operations teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineering and maintenance leader who enjoys improving equipment reliability, developing maintenance teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting a growing manufacturing operation.
