About the Role
A client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers throughout the Pennsylvania and Ohio territory. In this role, you'll install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and test specialized radiation detection and measurement equipment at customer sites. You'll diagnose technical issues, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, work directly with customers, and provide hands-on technical support to ensure equipment is operating safely and properly. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong mechanical, electrical, or electronic troubleshooting skills who enjoys working independently, solving complex equipment problems, and traveling throughout a regional territory. Candidates with backgrounds in field service, nuclear power, instrumentation, electronics, industrial maintenance, or military technical maintenance could be a strong fit. Navy Nuclear backgrounds, including ELT, ETN, EMN, and MMN experience, are highly transferable to this opportunity.
