About the Role
A client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Technician for a position with a leading packaging manufacturer. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment while helping maximize equipment uptime and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll perform preventative maintenance, respond to equipment breakdowns, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and work closely with production and other maintenance team members to keep equipment running safely and efficiently. This position works a 2-2-3 night shift schedule and is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical problems, and working independently in a production environment.
