About the Role
A client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for a position with a leading packaging manufacturer. In this role, you'll lead and support production employees while helping drive safety, quality, efficiency, and overall production performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll oversee daily production activities, staffing, scheduling, employee training and development, troubleshoot production issues, and work closely with maintenance, quality, and other departments to ensure production goals and customer requirements are met. This position works a 2-2-3 schedule and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing supervisor who enjoys leading teams, solving production challenges, improving processes, and driving results on the plant floor.
