About the Role
A client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a Plant Manager to lead its manufacturing operations in Lancaster County, PA. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day plant operations, including production, quality, safety, staffing, scheduling, and continuous improvement while leading a team in a high-mix electronics manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for driving operational performance, improving processes, developing production teams, and ensuring customer, quality, and delivery expectations are met. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys being on the production floor, developing people, solving operational problems, and driving improvements across the facility. Candidates with backgrounds in electronics manufacturing, circuit card assembly, defense manufacturing, aerospace, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments could be a strong fit.
