About the Role
A client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 2nd Shift position based in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment while helping maximize equipment uptime and reliability. You'll perform preventative maintenance, respond to equipment breakdowns, support production line changeovers, and work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance technician who enjoys solving complex equipment issues, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and working independently in a highly automated manufacturing facility.
