2nd Shift Operations Manager

Our client is seeking a 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor to oversee a team of 30–40 team members within a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily production operations, managing workflow, and ensuring productivity, quality, and safety across the shift. You will supervise, coach, and develop team members while maintaining high standards for performance, efficiency, and compliance with operational and safety protocols.
