2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Our client is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead operations at their Paris, IL facility. This role is responsible for driving performance across key production KPIs with daily tracking and continuous improvement, while supervising and directing the shift team to reduce waste and improve efficiency. The position also ensures compliance with safety and environmental policies, including housekeeping and 5S standards, and utilizes the timekeeping system to monitor and approve employee work hours, maintaining accountability across the team.
