About the Role
A client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in Kansas City, KS. In this role, you'll oversee approximately 45 employees while driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across your shift. You'll coordinate daily production activities, coach and develop team members, partner with maintenance and quality teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining a safe and efficient operation. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced manufacturing leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and leading high-performing production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position offers $70,000–110,000 base salary plus a 10% annual bonus.
