About the Role
A client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a Field Technician to support locations throughout the Santa Rosa, CA area. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment to keep locations operating safely and efficiently. You'll diagnose equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, repair motors, pumps, sensors, electrical components, and other automated systems, and respond to service needs in the field. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and working hands on with equipment. Candidates with backgrounds in industrial maintenance, field service, automotive equipment, HVAC, electrical, or military technical maintenance could be a strong fit.
