About the Role
A client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join an early stage defense technology startup and help build its manufacturing operation from the ground up. As the company’s first W2 employee, you’ll take on a hands on leadership role overseeing production, establishing manufacturing processes, improving quality and efficiency, and helping scale operations as the company grows. You’ll work directly with company leadership and have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on how products are built and delivered. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong manufacturing background who enjoys working in a startup environment, solving problems, and building processes rather than simply maintaining them. The position includes base salary plus equity in the company, giving the right person an opportunity to participate directly in the company’s long term growth.
