Regional Service Manager - Los Angeles, CA

The Regional Service Manager (RSM) oversees maintenance operations for a group of locations within our client’s portfolio, ensuring repairs, maintenance, and safety needs are handled efficiently. This role requires approximately 70% travel across the greater Los Angeles area to support multiple sites. The RSM leads and manages a team of maintenance technicians, including hiring, training, and developing team members. This position serves as the maintenance subject matter expert and improves operations through proactive problem-solving and organized systems. The RSM also ensures Maintenance Technicians and Leads follow proper repair procedures and safety protocols.
